LAMP AT NOON

SYNOPSIS Lamp at Noon takes place in rural Saskatchewan in the 1930’s during a time known as the Dust Bowl. The film begins in the midst of an intense dust storm. The couple, cooped up in their small farmhouse, is forced to confront their conflicting desires surrounding the question of whether or not they should abandon the farm. When the storm begins to settles Paul is confronted with the answer. He cannot salvage his farm, nor his family.
